DachGam roofing membrane is a new-generation roofing designed for flat roofs in both new-built and refurbished buildings.
- DachGam S - non-reinforced roofing membrane. Supplementary material designed for roof finishing: corners, additional roof furniture and roof areas subject to significant deformation (expansion).
- DachGam SZ - roofing membrane with a polyester mesh reinforcement. Basic roofing material designed for flat roofs in office buildings, industrial facilities and warehouses. The DachGam SZ membrane is also offered in dark ash grey colour for being applied to roof walkways. In case of refurbishment of a roof covered with roofing paper a separating layer of a synthetic geofibre shall be applied between the existing layer and the DachGam SZ membrane.
DachGam membranes are certified for applications in the construction industry: Certificate of Compliance with the ITB Technical Approval, Attestation of Hygiene, Fire Resistance Certificate.
Structure
DachGam membranes are a multiply material:
- The outer layer is responsible for resistance to external factors.
- The reinforcement is responsible for mechanical parameters.
- The inner layer is responsible for the quality of the weld (durable, homogeneous adherence to the outer layer).
Features:
- resistance to weather conditions, including UV rays, acid rains, natural ageing,
- resistance to heat and fire,
- high wear, puncture, and tear resistance,
- high mechanical strength of welded and adhesive joints,
- low weight of the roofing (up to 2,1 kg/m2),
- fully waterproof,
- easy to apply, which ensures quick and efficient installation work,
- in case of refurbishment it can be applied onto the existing roofing,
- broad applicability range can be applied both to inaccessible and accessible roofs,
- 10 years' guarantee,
- ecological aspects - DachGam membranes can be fully recycled.
In office facilities, industry plants, warehouses and buildings of an innovative architectural design:
- as outer roofing for inaccessible roofs,
- as a waterproofing for ballast inaccessible roofs,
- as a waterproofing in accessible roofs used as observation decks, tennis courts, swimming pools or green roofs.
